Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Serv-Safe Certification required.
• Two years minimum experience in food service management.
• Knowledge of dietary planning and menu execution.
• Familiarity with safety and quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dining Services Director in all aspects of the dietary department.
• Plan menus and production schedules.
• Purchase foods and supplies; supervise storage.
• Prepare meals per planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure safe, sanitary operations and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and train dietary staff; schedule duties.
• Participate in events and meetings as required.
