Compass Group USA is seeking a Dining Systems Supervisor for Duval County Public Schools in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time role requires coordinating patient meal service, leading the Dining on Call program, and ensuring staff are trained and scheduled, with Monday–Friday hours.

You will work closely with Nutrition Operators to accommodate dietary needs, oversee tray delivery, and uphold HACCP and health standards while addressing patient needs and maintaining quality and safety throughout

Qualifications

• Prior food service management experience.
• Customer service experience required.
• Cashier experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient meal service, including menu selections, tray assembly and delivery.
• Ensure staff are trained and properly scheduled.
• Oversee Dining on Call operations and staff performance.
• Work with Nutrition Operators to accommodate dietary needs.
• Monitor tray quality and service accuracy daily.
• Address patient concerns and report issues to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
