Arcadia Family of Companies in Hawaii seeks a dedicated Dining Services professional to manage and execute dining operations for our senior residents in a compassionate, upscale environment.

As a key player on our dining services team, you will assist in managing and executing all dining service activities, ensuring an exceptional experience for our residents.
Directly supervises employees in the Dining Room. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience .
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proficiency in Point-of-Sale Systems.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; talk or hear; and taste or smell . The employee frequently is required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; push and pull . The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds . Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
