Dining Services Student Worker (Livingston Commons)

Join the Rutgers Dining team as a Dining Services Student Worker in one of our dining halls or retail operations across the New Brunswick and Piscataway campuses. As a key member of the Dining Services team, you will assist in the preparation and service of food, maintain the presentation of dining halls, and provide friendly assistance to guests.

Position Details

• Salary: $15.92 per hour
• Hours: 10–20 hours per week (flexible schedules)
• Work location: Livingston Dining Commons (New Brunswick and Piscataway campuses)
• Job type: Student employee – part‑time, hourly
• FLSA status: Non‑exempt

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining hall areas.
