Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, distribute and inventory control of food, beverages, equipment and supplies.
• Ensure products meet quality and safety standards and match purchase specifications.
• Coordinate procurement and receiving processes with vendors, Unit Manager, Chef D’ Cuisine, and accounting.
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and documentation for payment and audit readiness.
