Position Summary

Our Manager-In-Training (MIT) program offers a 20-week interactive training experience covering:

  • Operational tasks and leadership development.
  • Policy adherence, reporting, staff training, safety, and communication.
  • Managerial responsibilities including payroll, staffing, inventory, and budgeting.
Qualifications
  • Positive attitude, ability to follow instructions, and perform routine tasks.
  • Leadership skills post-training, with no injuries.
  • Preferred associate’s degree in food service management or hospitality.
  • Required food safety and management certifications within specified timelines.
  • Experience in food service, supervision, and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to lift/carry, stand, sit, and work around food and cleaning products.
