Responsibilities

• Provide consistent leadership to Dining Services staff and uphold policies and service standards.
• Review staffing schedules and coordinate coverage for call-outs and absences.
• Supervise kitchen, dining room, and related operations to ensure quality and resident satisfaction.
• Coach team members and conduct performance evaluations within set timeframes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and health regulations in daily operations.
• Assist with incident reporting and maintain safety and housekeeping practices.
• Participate in rotating staffing support and flexible coverage as needed.
