Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Dining Services Coordinator in the United States to lead the community's dining and hospitality operations, delivering high-quality meals, exceptional service, and a standout resident experience.

You will oversee food preparation, dietary modifications, food safety, inventory management, budgeting, staff hiring and training, and coordination of dining room flow for each meal, while engaging residents and supporting events and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation and service in alignment with Sunrise culinary programs
• Ensure accurate dietary modifications and proper portioning
• Manage food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Monitor food and labor budgets to meet financial goals
• Lead, hire, train, and coach dining team members
• Coordinate dining room flow and staffing for each meal
• Engage with residents for feedback and participate in Resident Council meetings
• Support special events and community marketing initiatives
