Meridian Senior Living seeks a Dining Services Director in Villas of Holly Brook Marshall, IL to oversee dining operations and ensure nutritious meals in a safe, clean setting.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong team leadership, and excellent communication with residents and families. You will ensure health compliance, train staff, and foster a resident‑focused dining experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience (2+ years preferred).
• At least one-year supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess all required licenses and/or certifications as required by state licensing authority.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the public.
• Must meet health requirements and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Actively prepare meals and manage the operations of the Dining Services Department.
• Serve excellent and nutritious food while ensuring high dining service quality in a safe, clean atmosphere.
• Maintain superior cleanliness and safety standards.
• Manage and motivate staff and maintain a positive physical and social environment for residents.
