• Conduct food safety and sanitation audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to ensure residents receive necessary care and services.
• Monitor and manage food inventory, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and standards.
