Job summary

Meridian Senior Living is seeking a Dining Services Director to oversee meal preparation and the daily operations of the Dining Services Department for our residents. You will ensure nutritious, high-quality dining experiences in a safe, welcoming setting.

The role requires supervisory experience, a food service sanitation license, and strong communication with residents, families, and staff. You will lead a team to maintain cleanliness, safety, and excellent service in our community dining

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in dining services or healthcare settings.
• Must possess required licenses and/or certifications for food service per state requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Actively prepare meals and manage the Dining Services Department operations.
• Serve nutritious, high-quality meals in a safe and welcoming environment.

Candidates for our Dining Services Director position should have the ability to serve excellent and nutritious food, while ensuring first-rate quality dining service, in a safe and comfortable atmosphere.
