Job summary

Meridian Senior Living seeks a Dining Services Director to lead meal production and dining operations for residents. You will ensure nutritious, high-quality meals in a safe, clean setting and support a positive resident experience.

Strong supervisory skills, compassion for the elderly, and a current sanitation license are essential. The role emphasizes team leadership, effective communication with residents, families, staff, and vendors, and adherence to health and safety standards to promote

Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant work experience preferred.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess all required licenses/certifications if required by state licensing authority.
• Current food service sanitation license required.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and public.
