Friendship Village Kalamazoo is looking for a compassionate, energetic Crew Leader to run the meal period in the absence of the dining room manager, cross-trained in front-of-house operations. This Full-time role offers benefits and no late nights with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of three years of serving experience.
• Familiarity with serving alcoholic beverages and responsible service practices.
• Ability to provide clear, detailed instructions to employees.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, directs and supervises all functions in the main dining room, Café and employee cafeteria.
• Monitors server performance and resident satisfaction during serving periods in all areas of responsibility.
• Clears dishes from tables during and after meal service.
