Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc is seeking a Dining Services Manager to lead our community's dining and hospitality operations. You will ensure high-quality meals, safety standards, and excellent resident experiences while managing budgets and a team of dining staff.

You will oversee meal service, dietary accommodations, vendor relations, and on-site training. The role requires leadership, strong organization, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a dynamic senior living environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervising kitchen or dining operations.
• 2+ years volume cooking experience.
• Current ServSafe® certification.
• Knowledge of modified diets and nutrition basics.
• Experience managing food and labor budgets.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate dietary modifications and proper portioning.
• Manage food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.

• Engage with residents for feedback and participate in Resident Council meetings.
