Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Raleigh, NC seeks a Dining Services Coordinator to lead the community's dining and hospitality operations, delivering high-quality meals and an outstanding resident experience. You will oversee food preparation, dietary modifications, and safety, while managing vendors and budgets to meet goals.

The role requires leadership to hire, train, and coach dining team members, coordinate meal service, engage with residents, and support events that boost community life.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining service and food preparation following Sunrise culinary programs
• Ensure accurate dietary modifications and proper portioning
• Manage food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Monitor food and labor budgets to meet financial goals
• Lead, hire, train, and coach dining team members
• Coordinate dining room flow and staffing for each meal
• Engage with residents for feedback and participate in Resident Council meetings
• Support special events and community marketing initiatives
