Position Highlights
Dining Service Attendants at '85 North are responsible for multiple and varied tasks. One of the most important requirements of this position is to have excellent customer service skills. DSA's are trained to prepare and serve food products in the following areas depending on their experience and/or restaurant needs: Cashier - rings customers in correctly and assists with immediate needs; Attendant - maintains cleanliness in the dining room and assists customers as needed; Station specific areas - cooks, preps, and ensures all guests are taken care of and ensure their needs are met efficiently while maintaining clean workspace; Cook Staff - cooks orders correctly and efficiently; Back Preparation Kitchen - prepares any pre-portioned product and product rotation; Utility - responsible for dishwashing/sanitation with a focus on the back of house operation; Truck – takes temperatures and checks in orders and puts away; Warehouse/production - produces orders using FIFO methods.
Must be able to work nights, holidays, weekends and days.

As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
