Job summary

The Wellington at Springfield, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Hospitality Service Attendant to serve residents and guests in the dining room while supporting daily dining operations.

You will assist in food prep, maintain dining areas, help with snack service, support kitchen staff, and ensure smooth, courteous service throughout meal times for residents across independent living and memory care services.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a similar position preferred.
• Twelve (12) plus years of education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves residents and guests seated in the dining room in a professional manner following established procedures.
• Assists in drink and food preparation for residents and performs assigned tasks in clean up, washing the dishes and setting up and taking down the dining areas.
• Preparing and serving snacks to include replenishing stock items in the common area refreshment centers for the residents.
• Assists chefs in the food preparation tasks and serving as assigned.
• Completes the dishwashing tasks and schedules for efficient dining service operations.
