Job summary

Westminster Communities of Bradenton is hiring a Dining Services Tech I to support our Manor Neighborhood. You will perform table service, food delivery, dish washing, and cleaning under supervision, ensuring quality and resident satisfaction.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, 3–6 months in a high volume dining setting, and Florida Safe Staff certification (or able to obtain within 90 days). Excellent customer service skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent desirable.
• 3 to 6 months experience in a high volume dining environment or residential clinical dining environment.
• Florida Safe Staff certification required or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform table service and deliver meals according to established standards.
• Serve residents in a friendly, caring, professional and timely manner.
• Perform light cleaning and stocking duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Wash dishes and prepare items for the next meal period.
• Maintain temperature and sanitation logs as assigned by the supervisor.
