Aberdeen Heights, part of PMMA, is hiring a Dining Services Assistant / Dietary Aide. Starting at $16.00 an hour with our PREMIUM PAY PLAN, you’ll support dining operations and strive to provide the best resident dining experience in a faith-based, not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus.

A Dining Services Assistant / Dietary Aide is responsible for providing assistance in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Works diligently to ensure that every resident received the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal. Advances the value that the resident comes first. The employee values the Community as the resident’s home and works to create attributes of home and models person centered care.

Education, Experience And/Or Training

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus.
