Rotary Senior Living in Iowa is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our dining team on 1st and 2nd shifts. The role centers on preparing and serving thoughtfully presented meals while maintaining high sanitation standards and following resident meal plans.

You will work with a caring team to support residents, their families, and colleagues. Prior experience is not required, but a compassionate attitude and the ability to read directions are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand directions.
• Able to interact professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.

JOB SUMMARY:
