Role: Dining Services - Assistant Manager

Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dining Services Manager in overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, and training.
• Ensure compliance with dietary, food safety standards, and policies.
• Maintain records of inventory, costs, and schedules.
• Lead staff training on food prep, service, and safety.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Inspect food service areas for cleanliness and organization.
• Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
