Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience with 3-5+ years in food service leadership.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills with experience managing teams and budgets.
• Proven problem-solving, communication, and client relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains standards and procedures for staff.
• Directs safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs; maintains client relationships.
• Ensures client and customer satisfaction and cost-effective management.
• Promotes professional growth and development of associates.
• Coordinates tasks of supervisory and management team through regular communication.
