Hummel Park Health & Rehabilitation in Plainfield, IN is seeking a Dietary Aide to support residents with nutritious meals and attentive service. You will set up dining areas, help prepare and deliver meals, and maintain sanitary standards under supervision of a dietary manager.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food safety knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in dietary services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under supervision of a dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays to rooms on schedule.
• Assist in post-meal cleanup and plate collection.
• Maintain hygiene by disposing of leftovers and taking out garbage.
• Keep food stations clean and wash dishes and equipment.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and inventory.
• Contribute to upkeep of kitchen equipment and appliances.
