Job summary

The Piedmont at Buckhead is seeking an entry-level dining associate to assist with food and beverage service for residents and guests. You will learn to communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery, while maintaining a high level of service and a friendly demeanor.

Weekend availability is required, and prior food service experience is preferred but not necessary as training will be provided. You will participate in food safety training to meet local licenses and certifications.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; training will be provided.
• Must complete food safety training to obtain required licenses.
• Clear and effective English communication is required.
• Basic computer skills for POS and payroll systems are needed.
• Ability to make independent decisions when appropriate.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor with residents and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Accept food orders and relay to kitchen; deliver to residents/guests.
• Respond quickly to resident/guest needs and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Buss and reset tables; complete assigned side work.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers.
