Job summary

Touchmark is seeking dining room servers at Fairway Village in Southwest Washington to provide five-star service in our dining rooms. You will greet guests, take and input orders, coordinate with cooks and management, and help with bussing and side work across three meals daily, seven days a week, with shifts starting as early as 6am and finishing by 7:30pm.

Most positions are part time, with full-time roles (30+ hours per week) eligible for benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays when needed.
• Must have a valid Washington State Food Handler's card, or obtain one prior to employment.
• Must be at least 16 years of age at date of hire.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be willing to take a tuberculosis test (onsite).
• Cheerful, enthusiastic, team-player, able to stand and for a full shift and to carry trays of food and beverages.
• No specific server experience required, but is a bonus.
• Experience working with older adults also a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in three dining rooms, greet guests, take orders, enter orders into the dining system.
• Communicate with cooks and management staff, bus tables, and perform side work.
• Serve three meals, seven days a week; shifts start early and end late; participate in events.
