Integrated Real Estate Group in Texas is seeking a Server to provide prompt, courteous food and beverage service to residents and guests, while maintaining dining area cleanliness and adhering to safety standards.

You will take orders, coordinate with kitchen, ensure quality, and support meal prep under guidance. This is a full-time role with benefits and an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months to one year of related experience or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must obtain and maintain any required local or state food handling, supervision, or sanitation certifications.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders, relay to kitchen staff, and deliver meals to residents and guests.
• Respond to resident and guest requests promptly and engage with diners to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure beverages are properly prepared and orders meet quality standards, including temperature and appearance.
• Address dining room issues or concerns and escalate to management when necessary.
• Assist with meal preparation and assembly under the Cook or Dining Services Manager guidance.
• Label and date food items, maintain proper storage, dispose of waste correctly, and follow sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting tables and restocking supplies.
• Complete temperature logs during each shift to ensure safety standards.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing food and supply deliveries as needed.
