Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a Full-Time Server to provide prompt, courteous service of food and beverages to residents and guests in Frisco, Texas. The role includes maintaining dining area cleanliness, following safety protocols, and delivering meals accurately and promptly.

Responsibilities include order management, resident interaction, quality assurance, and assisting with meal preparation under the supervision of the Cook or Dining Services Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months to one year of related experience or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders, relay them to kitchen staff, and deliver meals accurately and promptly to residents and guests.
• Respond to resident and guest requests in a timely manner and engage with diners to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Ensure beverages are properly prepared and orders meet quality standards, including temperature and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and assist with meal preparation under supervision.
• Complete required temperature logs and assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing deliveries.
