Job summary

American Dining Creations is seeking a Dining Worker/Server in Kansas City, Missouri. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, greeting guests, and executing food preparation tasks at a station or serving line.

Responsibilities include assisting the cashier, maintaining kitchen and dining areas, stocking supplies, and ensuring safety and cleanliness throughout shifts. Flexible duties may be assigned as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Customer Service, Food Service, or Retail preferred.
• Able to work well with others and independently.
• Time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Able to lift 50 lbs, bend, climb stairs, stand and walk during shift.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes to prepare and serve menu items for a food station.
• Greet and serve guests in a fast, efficient, friendly manner.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for temperatures and portion control.
• Provide guests with information on ingredients, availability, and pricing.
• Cashier duties may include operating a POS and accepting payments.
• Assist with labeling and packaging for take-out and mobile orders.
• Escalate customer concerns to management.
• Clean and maintain kitchen, equipment, utensils, and general areas.
• Other duties as needed.
