Job summary

The Waters is hiring a part-time Server to provide upscale, professional dining services to residents and guests at our Minnesota community. You will respond to resident and guest requests promptly, maintaining a warm, inviting presence and representing The Waters with care.

Qualifications include a customer-service mindset; no prior experience required, though hospitality background is a plus. You will help create a fun, caring environment and engage with residents’ families during interactions.

Weekday shifts: 4PM - 8PM

Weekend shifts: 7AM - 3PM, 4PM - 8PM - every other weekend at least one of the days

The Server is responsible for providing upscale, professional dining services to community residents and guests. This person possesses a warm and inviting personality and responds to resident, guest and team member requests in a timely manner, professionally representing The Waters.

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary; previous hospitality experience preferred
• Provide excellent hospitality to our Seniors
• Serve food and beverages to resident and guest in a professional and timely manner
• Create a fun, engaging and caring environment for our residents
• Engage with resident's family and friends and take time to visit with them
