PMMA's Aberdeen Village in Kansas is hiring an Independent Living Dining Server to assist in all dining services, aligning with our resident-centered care philosophy. The role emphasizes friendly service, meal presentation, and adherence to policies to ensure a high-quality dining experience for residents.

Starting at $14.50 per hour with a weekend differential under the Premium Pay Plan, compensation increases with experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus.

An Independent Living Dining Server is responsible for providing assistance in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Works diligently to ensure that every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal. Advances the value that the resident comes first. The employee values the Community as the resident’s home and works to create attributes of home and models person centered care.

Education, Experience and/or Training

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
