Job summary

Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Dining Server to join our dedicated senior living team. You’ll deliver personalized dining service, help with meal service, and support a clean, safe dining environment that enhances residents’ daily lives.

Ideal candidates have an interest in the senior living industry, can work early to early-evening shifts, and communicate clearly about residents’ dietary needs; we offer training, benefits, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work early, mid, or early-evening shifts (no late nights!).
• Strong communication skills, especially regarding resident dietary needs.
• Commitment to professional appearance and safety, including wearing a proper uniform, slip-resistant shoes, and gloves as required.

Responsibilities

• Providing personalized dining service, including taking orders, serving meals, and assisting with all clean-up procedures.
• Preparing and maintaining dining, kitchen, and storage areas, ensuring they are safe, organized, and sanitary according to cleaning schedules and requirements.
• Inspecting dining supplies, utensils and equipment, recommending replacements as needed.
• Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
