Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, dining, customer service, or senior living is a plus.
• Must be able to work with older adults and individuals with cognitive or physical limitations.
• Must be dependable and able to work scheduled shifts.
• Flexible weekday and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents to the dining room with a friendly attitude.
• Prepare the dining room for each meal service.
• Set tables and keep the dining room clean, organized, and inviting.
• Take residents' meal orders and ensure accuracy before serving.
• Serve meals promptly and by course when possible.
• Maintain proper dining room safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with kitchen and care staff to meet resident needs.
• Assist with opening, closing, set-up, and clean-up duties.
