Job summary

Wingate Residences at Pleasant Bay is seeking a Lead Server for the Dining Department. This full-time, on-site role focuses on serving residents and maintaining clean, efficient dining operations in a senior living setting.

Job Purpose

The Lead Server performs designated work and cleaning routines for the Dining Department. The Lead Server is in charge of making sure that all job tasks in serving and cleaning are completed in accordance with Wingate Policies and procedures. S/he performs duties under the direction of the Dining Room Manager, to assure that quality food service is provided to meet the needs of residents
