As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and overseeing the front‑of‑house operations to create memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and mentor front‑of‑house staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers, to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience by actively engaging with them, addressing any concerns or requests promptly, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor service quality, presentation, and adherence to restaurant standards, including cleanliness and hygiene.
• Assist in managing inventory levels for dining room supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely restocking.
• Gather and relay guest feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Physical Requirements

• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and twisting during service and setup.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment while remaining attentive to guest needs.
• Visual and auditory acuity to monitor service quality, staff performance, and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to navigate crowded dining spaces safely and efficiently.
