Job summary

Springs Living, LLC in Whitefish is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead our dining team and ensure a welcoming, enjoyable dining experience for residents. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily dining room service, train team members, and ensure friendly, consistent service.

You will supervise staff during meal service, coach servers on hospitality standards, assist with scheduling, and help maintain a clean, organized dining area while partnering with the kitchen

Qualifications

• Experience leading dining or hospitality teams.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to train and coach staff and manage service flow.
• Experience in fast-paced dining environments; senior living is a plus.
