Job summary

Clearwater Pinnacle Peak is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the dining room team in our Scottsdale, AZ community. You will train, schedule, and direct dining room Servers to ensure residents receive excellent service with efficiency and professionalism during meals.

Responsibilities include staff recruitment and training, budgeting, sanitary operations, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience for residents. We value a culture that places residents first and a strong dining program.

Qualifications

• AA or BA in relevant field preferred or combination of education and experience.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience including training staff and budgeting.
• Serve Safe and First Aid/CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and supervise dining staff in accordance with company policies and core values.
• Manage, schedule, evaluate and direct Servers.
• Ensure servers work efficiently and professionally at all times.
• Maintain sanitary dining room complying with health and safety codes and food handling policies.
• Supervise and direct cleaning of all dining and food service areas.
• Develop and implement training and policies to ensure proper etiquette and professional service.
• Survey residents to determine satisfaction and implement corrections as needed.
• Ensure residents are greeted and seated properly and feel welcome.
• Manage and track dining budget spending and goals.
• Uphold a professional image and wear appropriate uniform and name tag.
