About the Role

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supervising wait staff during meal service to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinating dining services with other departments as needed.
• Serving as host/hostess in the main dining room to ensure a pleasurable dining experience.
• Managing dining room operations according to proper practices, completing necessary forms and reports, and submitting them to the Manager. Proactively filling open shifts and covering shifts as needed.

About You

• At least 1 year of experience in the food service/hospitality industry
• Supervisory experience preferred
