Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in hospitality or dining rooms preferred.
• First aid and CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise wait staff and ensure designated uniforms are clean and pressed.
• Maintain the daily menu board.
• Assist in staffing schedules and fill gaps to control overtime and budget.
• Ensure excellent customer service in seating, presenting menus, and suggesting food and services.
• Supervise dining room staff; interview, hire, train, and evaluate employees; address issues.
