Job summary

Senior Resource Group, SRG, is seeking dining room staff to support our in-house fine dining restaurant in Green Valley, AZ. You will help serve meals to residents, present menus, and provide informed dining recommendations in a polished setting.

Qualifications

• Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and suggest dishes.
• Write food orders and relay to kitchen; serve courses.
• Clear and reset counters or tables after each course.
• Assist in keeping dining areas clean, bussed and stocked.
• Maintain required food handler certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service. Remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials.
• Write food order and relay order to kitchen, serve courses from kitchen and service bars.
• Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
• Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs, floors, linens and serving stations clean, bussed and stocked.
• Maintain required foodhandlerscertifications.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
