Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or culinary degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in dining services, restaurant supervision, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dining room staff and operations
• Act as liaison between dining room and kitchen
• Clubhouse manager as needed
• Coordinate and oversee in-house catering as needed
• Order and manage dining related supplies
• Operate POS system (Full Count)
• Ensure food service compliance with health and safety regulations
• Attend relevant team and department meetings
• Cover sections acting as server and bartender as needed
