Job summary

Wisteria at Warner Center in Woodland Hills, CA seeks a Dining Room Supervisor to lead table service in our community dining rooms. You will support management to uphold the highest customer service standards among the wait staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in front-of-house operations (hotel/restaurant/club).
• Strong clerical skills with Microsoft Excel, Publisher, Outlook and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED; hospitality management courses preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the physical appearance of the dining room area and wait stations.
• Schedules daily work assignments for all dining room personnel and tracks records.
• Provides on-the-job training and staff education as per plan.
• Addresses complaints and coordinates solutions with management.
• Coordinates staff for special events and large parties; manages set-up and operation.
