Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to oversee dining room operations at our Tulsa, OK campus. You will supervise dining staff, ensure adequate coverage, handle special requests, and help uphold Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining standards of atmosphere and quality.

Requirements include at least one year of food service or hospitality experience and a high school diploma or GED. Prior supervision experience is preferred, and you may work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Required: one year prior experience in a food service or related hospitality field.
• Required: high school diploma or GED.
• Prefer: prior experience supervising dining room or restaurant staff.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervising all dining staff, including table and section assignments.
• Ensuring adequate staffing for dining room services and assisting where as needed.
• Training dining staff on Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining standards, including prompt, efficient and courteous service.
• Ensuring proper setup, stock and cleanliness of dining room including tables, chairs, floors, and service areas.
• Relaying special food requests, meal concerns, and other comments to the appropriate individuals.
