Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years experience in food service with supervisory duties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee main dining room meal service with timely, attractive, and courteous service.
• Ensure staff maintain clean uniforms and high personal hygiene standards.
• Plan, schedule, set up, and breakdown catering functions; assist with menu planning.
• Train and mentor wait staff on serving techniques per 5-star guidelines.
• Provide coaching and corrective action as needed; lead in Dining Room Manager's absence.
• Maintain organized work areas and respect for equipment and facility property.
• Comply with policies and participate in required training.
