Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to manage daily dining room operations and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will lead and train the serving team, uphold sanitation and service standards, and collaborate with management to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, staff development, and delivering consistent, high-quality service to residents and guests in a senior living community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience training staff in customer service and serving techniques.
