LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring servers for The Residence at Boylston Place to provide high-quality dining service to residents. You will set tables, take and deliver orders, and assist with special events and daily dining programs.

Qualifications

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Strong English communication, both oral and written.
• Excellent organization and time management to handle dining room flow.

Responsibilities

• Set tables according to standards and serve residents and guests.
• Review daily menu with residents and take accurate meal orders.
• Remove used items and keep dining areas clean and sanitized.
• Assist with dining enhancement programs and events.
• Acquaint new residents with menus, seating, and hours.
