Job summary

The Grand at Spokane is seeking a friendly Dining Room Server (PT) to join our senior living team. You will help serve residents in our 5-star dining rooms with professionalism and maintain clean, well-set tables throughout service.

Weekend and holiday availability is required. Starting pay is $17.25–$18.25 per hour, DOE, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO and 401k for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Communicate effectively with residents experiencing hearing difficulties.
• Obtain a Food Handler's Permit within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve food with professionalism and knowledge of basic food offerings and menu content.
• Keep the dining room properly cleaned and set up to meet expectations and standards.
• Dish washing duties during shift as needed.
