Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Waitstaff/Server to provide friendly dining service to residents and guests in a supportive senior living community.

Typical shifts are Monday-Saturday 3-8pm and Sundays 10am-7pm, with pay ranging from $20 to $24 per hour depending on experience. Benefits include health plans, paid time off, and retirement contributions. Training and safety protocols are emphasized to ensure high service standards.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Prior food service or restaurant experience preferred.
• Experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Food Handler’s or ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests promptly.
• Record accurate food and beverage orders in POS system.
• Explain menu items and ingredients to guests.
• Inform guests of daily specials and make recommendations.
• Maintain front of house and kitchen sanitation.
