Job summary

Stellar Senior Living is seeking happy, outgoing Dining Room Servers to join our food service team at The Grand at Spokane. You will be part of a caring, professional group delivering a premier dining experience to residents in our 5-star dining rooms.

We offer part-time and full-time positions with competitive starting wages ($17.25–$18.25 per hour DOE) and benefits for full-time staff, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and a 401k program.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Communicate effectively with residents experiencing hearing difficulties.
• Obtain a Food Handler's Permit within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve food with professionalism and knowledge of basic food offerings and menu content.
• Keep the dining room properly cleaned and set up to meet expectations and standards.
• Dish washing duties during shift as needed.
