ISS offers full-time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The hourly pay range for this position is $24.00 per hour -$26.00 per hour .

Work Hours

The work hours for this position are Mon - Fri + Weekends, 11:00 am - 8:00 pm

Key Purpose

The server is responsible for taking orders for food and beverages, communicating those orders to the kitchen staff, and then delivering the food and drinks to customers. The server interacts with customers, answers questions, and ensures that each table is properly served. The ideal candidate must have excellent people skills for interacting with patrons and providing excellent an customer experience. Often, the food server manages multiple tables, guests, and orders at once, so being able to multitask and keep up in a fast-paced work environment is a must all with a positive attitude and friendly manners.
