Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents and set the table in dining rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of production and dining areas (vents, fryers, flattop, range, steamers, ovens, refrigerators, coolers, storage).
• Bus dining room as needed and run dishes through dishwasher.
• Wash pots and pans as needed.
• Put clean dishes away in proper places.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.
• Dispose of garbage appropriately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and procedures and updates.
